Terms of Use
These terms describe your use of the GrooveNudge app, AUv3 extension, companion website, and GrooveNudge Pro purchase.

Agreement
By downloading or using GrooveNudge, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's mandatory terms, Apple's terms control.
What GrooveNudge does
GrooveNudge is a MIDI performance-processing tool. It adjusts existing MIDI timing, velocity, swing, note length, accents, ghost notes, and chord spread. It is not a DAW, musical instrument, audio effect, or AI composition service.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for MIDI files, presets, host projects, and other content you use with GrooveNudge. You must have the rights needed to process, export, and share that content, and you must use the app in compliance with applicable law and the rules of any host app or destination service.
GrooveNudge Pro
GrooveNudge Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The reference United States price is $14.99; Apple controls the price displayed in each storefront and may apply local currency, tax, or other adjustments.
- Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple under Apple's policies.
- The app provides Restore Purchases for the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- GrooveNudge Pro is not a subscription and has no recurring billing period.
Availability and compatibility
AUv3 MIDI behavior depends partly on the host app, operating system, device, routing, and project configuration. Borealbit may update compatibility guidance, features, and supported workflows as the Apple platform and third-party hosts change.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, distribute unlawful content, or use the services in a way that infringes another person's rights.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, GrooveNudge is provided “as is” and “as available.” Borealbit does not guarantee compatibility with every MIDI host, device, routing setup, or third-party file.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Borealbit Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of GrooveNudge, including lost projects, creative work, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Review the Privacy Policy for information about local MIDI processing, StoreKit, support correspondence, and companion-site operational data.
Changes
Borealbit may update these terms when the product, law, or platform requirements change. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
